Our History
Peridot Holdings was conceived as a framework before it was a company — a system for building things that last. From engineering sites in Luxor to live software products, the path has always been builder-first.
Foundation
Peridot Holdings established as the parent structure. The holding thesis defined: build phygital companies, not invest in them.
Kyberia Tech
Digital pillar formed. Kyberia Tech, Kyberia Labs, and Kyberia Studio launched to build software products, research, and creative work under one group.
Physical Pillars
Open Box Studio and Alexandrite Industries established — architecture and construction management meets production and manufacturing.
Commerce & Content
Carnelian Stores enters retail. The Archives launches as the knowledge and content engine. Kyberia Mart goes live with products.
First SaaS Live
